At MiniMag Studio, each product is made just for you using your own photos. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@minimagstudio.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.


Personalized Orders

All products are custom-made based on the photo you provide.
Please make sure your uploaded image is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Low-resolution or blurry images submitted by customers
  • Cropping issues due to image size or orientation
  • Mistakes in photos provided by the customer

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, production may have already started and changes may not be possible.


Refunds

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping Issues

MiniMag Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
